I have been a Margate Volvo customer for 5 years. I have to say that when our S60 is serviced or having a problem, Debbie makes the process trouble free. I should add that Volvo's maintainence program and the blind side warning system were major factors in my choosing this car over the Infiniti convertible.

Service has always been excellent since I have owned my Volvo. Debbie Desmit always provides me with superior service. She is very accommodating and always look forward to seeing her. She keeps me well informed as to what is going on with my car by calling me while I am at work. She answers my questions thoroughly and provides info on exactly what needs to be done to my SUV.

This was my 3rd purchase from Margate Volvo. My sales person, Bill Rowe, did an excellent job as did the Finance manager. It was easy and smooth even with the financing. My only complaint was that my car was not cleaned thoroughly on the inside - shoe smudges and stains, etc. Bill was off that day when I took delivery and one of the other sales guys was nice enough to have the guy come back and get it to detail it again. The guys acted like he was doing me a favor and took it for 5 minutes and brought it back. He cleaned the spots I showed him but nothing else. I was so pissed that I left and bought interior car cleaner to do it myself. This area of service needs to be improved. Other than that issue, everything else was great. Thank you.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that on more than one occassion when my C-70 was being serviced at Margate, Jose Velasco went out of his way to ensure that I received excellent service.I find him to be extremely professional,courteous and helpful.

Jose made sure that a loaner car was available for me while my car was being serviced and stayed in communication with me to advise me about the details of the service being done and the time it would take.

Bruce did a fantastic job of working with me (patiently) over the months. We started out looking at the S60, and he could tell I wasn't thrilled when I compared it to the great S80 he found for me 3 years ago. When he saw a 2011 S80 loaded the way I wanted, he grabbed the car, put it on hold and contacted me. He held the car until I returned from my trip and we closed on it as soon as I drove the car. I am thrilled with my S80 T6 AWD with PCC/Bi-Xenons...

Desmet Debbie did make my recent visit pleasurable. She actualy knew I was 5 minutes late for my appointment but took me immediatly when I arrived. The car was ready at time estimated.
She desives a raise and extra vacation. She is allways a pleasure to deal with.

Overall I am happy with the service I received. The only suggestion I have is if a vehicle is brought in for a specific problem and the issue cannot be duplicated when service calls to tell the customer their vehicle is ready this information should be relayed at that time.

Our new S60 is our second Volvo purchased from Bruce Honekman at Margate Volvo. Needless to say, this experience was as good as the first one.

Your service department is outstanding and Debbie is an asset to your organization. She is a pleasure to work with and always makes sure the customer is completely satisfied.

Best in Class

I purchased my s80 in 2007 and I always return to the dealership for maintenance. The service dept at Margate Volvo is professional, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The appointment was quick and easy to make....my advisor, Jose answered various questions for me right then on the phone. When I arrived, Jose acknowledged me, began writing up the service order immediately, informed me that my warranty will be up soon, let me know I can obtain another and gave me a pamphlet with information for me to consider an extended warranty. Jose phoned me when my car was completed .....when I arrived for pick-up, I had one more question which Jose was happy to help me with. He accompanied me to my car to show me what I needed to know. He is a pleasure to deal with. For the reasons listed above I intend to continue to take my s80 to Margate Volvo for maintenance.

Debbie was helpful and was able to spot problems without us even mentioning them. She got us in and out in good time even though we had no appointment.

Bruce is an excellent sales person, it is apleaure working with the hole team. Andy is extremely helpful and friendly along with Debbie the service representativee who I received excellent customer service from over the years. I have leased 12 Volvos from Margate over several years and I would not go to anoher dealer for fear of not getting the same personalized customer servie. Within the past seven months I have leased 3 new Volvos.
